If a member of your family / group is unable to travel due to Covid 19 restrictions or illness or we are unable to provide the holiday booked due to local restrictions we will:
· Offer you an alternative date for the same holiday
· Credit you with a gift voucher to the value of your holiday (if you are unsure of availability)
· Offer you a full refund
We understand that Covid 19 regulations and guidelines are constantly being updated and vary from country to country therefore we regularly review these to ensure we always follow best practice to keep our guests as safe as we possibly can.
We work closely with our local partners (accommodation / transport / activity guides) to ensure they work to TCM Operating Standards regarding Covid 19 protection.
